Scope of Work

Estimates and Quotes
- All estimates and quotes provided by Gotcha Covered Roofing LLC, are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- The final price may vary based on unforeseen circumstances or additional work required, which will be communicated to the client promptly.
Financing Options
- We offer financing options for up to 25 years, subject to credit approval.
- Financing terms, interest rates, and monthly payments will be provided upon request and are subject to approval by our financing partners.
Warranties and Guarantees
The warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Permits and Approvals
- Gotcha Covered Roofing LLC, will obtain necessary permits and approvals for the roofing work unless otherwise stated.
- Any costs associated with permits and approvals will be included in the final invoice.
Access to Property
- The client agrees to provide access to the property during normal working hours for the duration of the project.
- The client is responsible for removing any obstacles that may impede the roofing work, such as vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other obstructions.
